Can I create a virtual sample?

Yes!  You can add a logo or text to many of the products in our database.  This type of virtual sample is a good starting point to see how your logo will look on an item.  However, please note these virtual samples are to be used for reference only.    Once your order is placed, you will receive an official virtual proof which is the closest representation of how your imprint will look on the item.

 

Can I get a sample of the product before I place my order?

Yes!  We want you to be 100% confident in the products you order, and we would be happy to send you a free sample.    If the item is a high-end product, we may ask you to return the sample to us or we can bill you for the sample if you would like to keep it.

 

Can I only order products that are on your web site?

While our online product database is very extensive, we do have many completely custom options available.  Please contact us at support@danielpromotions.com  if you did not find the item you were looking for or are interested in custom options.  

 

How do I place an order?

You can place your order through our online shopping cart, by email (support@danielpromotions) or by phone (281-957-5151).  Once we receive your order, we will review all the details and check stock.  We will contact you if we have any questions.  After everything is confirmed on our end, you will receive an order confirmation via email. 

 

What file format do you accept for artwork?

We accept artwork as an .EPS or .PDF file with all text converted to outlines.  You can upload your artwork through the link on our website or you can email it to us.  If you need artwork assistance, please email us at support@danielpromotions.com.

 

What is the standard production and delivery time?

Production times can vary due to the type of imprint and product.  Each standard production time is listed in the Delivery Information section on the product page.  Please note that production time starts after the proof is approved and only includes business days (Monday – Friday).

We will ship via ground service (UPS or FedEx).  If you would like expedited shipping, please let us know at support@danielpromotions.com.

 

Can I receive a pre-production sample before my order is produced?

Yes!  When time allows, we recommend receiving a sample of the item with your imprint (product proof) for you to approve.   Product proofs are available for most items for an additional charge.

 

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

Yes!  Please email the shipping addresses to support@danielpromotions.com.   To ensure the order is accurately shipped to all the locations, we need to receive the addresses before the order goes into production.

 

What payment options are available?

We accept payment by ACH, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.   

 

What is the return policy?

Because all of our items are personalized, we cannot accept returns.  However, we want our clients to be completely satisfied with their orders, so please contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns about your order. 

In the case of a material or manufacturing defects, we will issue a return authorization.  Material or manufacturing defects need to be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order.

Any reports of shortages must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
